Recent builds

AI dispatcher for a US last-mile delivery company. Works alongside human dispatchers on daily operations. Grown step by step: checklists first, then a chat agent, metrics and full tracing.
Board assistant that tracks commitments from calls. Listens to management meetings in Microsoft Teams and keeps track of who promised what, and by when.
AI financial coach for a bank. Runs entirely on local models, so customer data never leaves the bank’s perimeter.

What I believe

Pragmatic over perfect. The best is the enemy of the good: I’d rather ship a working solution today than a perfect one never.
Own your data. Local-first and offline-first: software should keep working without the cloud, and your knowledge should stay yours.
Automate everything worth automating. AI agents are absurdly useful right now — and I’m possessed.
Be prepared for the future. Teams grow into platforms; expertise grows into capital.
